Portion Your Meal 

You need to plan your meal daily. Eat 6 times a day but don't eat to your fill. Try to eat healthy and hygienic food. Avoid oily food like fried chips, chicken, fish etc. You can eat them by boiling the vegetables, chicken , fish.

Slowly Chew your food 

You should try to eat food by chewing it well. So that it would be easily digested. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and decrease the problem of bloating, cure stomach and clear the mind.

Enjoy good sleep

Sleep early keeps you healthier and fit. You should sleep at 10:00 pm so that you can wake up early in the morning and able to do morning yoga.

Eat healthy instead of dieting 

Don't do hard dieting or ban any type of food. Eat fruits like apple, peach, strawberry, banana Kiwi fruit, Melon etc.

Use Ginger tea / Green tea

Drink ginger tea or green tea after every meal. What you need to do is simply boil the water and add ginger into it after 5 min the tea is ready. For green tea you can use tea bags of lipton or any well known brand.

Do 20-30 mints of exercise 

For a healthy and active life you should take exercise daily in the morning or evening whenever you have time. Do plank for 1 mint a day for best results. Doing cardio whether it is jogging, running, cycling, power walking or hiking  is a great way to burn calories and improve both mental and physical health.

Eat unprocessed food 

Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating.

Drink water 

You should drink water before every meal or in between your meal. Don't drink water after your meal- wait for 30 minutes then take a glass of water.
